Their music is so progressive you may think they’re from Mars, but Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez are really descendants of the former group At the Drive-In. The duo enlisted Ikey Owens of the Long Beach Dub All-Stars and Jeremy Michael Ward for Mars Volta and released their debut, De-Loused in the Comatorium in 2003.
