Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Video cameras are prohibited by still cameras with no flash are permitted. Only service dogs, either certified or in training, are allowed. Patrons in wheelchairs must purchase tickets for the wheelchair area and enter the stadium through Gate E9 in the East Stands for access to the wheelchair seating area. Carts will be made available in the designated parking lots of the stadium to transport limited mobility patrons. The carts also will be available following the game to return patrons to their parking lot. The Memorial Stadium Box Office opens two ½ hours prior to game time.

Gates 12 &14: Exit to State HWY 45/46, use left lane and proceed to Fee Lane, turn right. Please do not use North College exit. From the Northwest to Bloomington via State WHY 46: Gates 2, 4 and Grass loss: Exit left onto Arlington Road and continue on 17th Street. Gates 10 & 11: Exit to State HWY 45/46, use center lane. Gates 12 & 14: Exit to State HWY 45/46, use left lane and proceed to Fee Land, turn right. From the South to Bloomington via State HWY 37 or State HWY 45: Grass Lot: Exit to 2nd Street, proceed to Walnut Street, turn left and continue to 13th Street, turn right. Gate 4: Exit to 2nd Street, proceed to Walnut Street, turn left and continue to 17th Street, turn right. From the East to Bloomington via State HWY 46: Gate 2: West on 3rd Street, turn right to State HWY 45/46, proceed to 19th Street, turn left, continue to Fee Lane, turn right, proceed to 17th Street, turn left. Grass lot: West on 3rd Street, turn right onto State HWY 45/46, proceed to 10th Street, turn left, continue to Fee Lane, turn right, proceed to 13th Street, turn left. Parking in the Grass Lots south of 17th Street is restricted to cars, vans, motorcycles, pickup trucks, and sport utility vehicles only. Large trucks, RVs, buses, and other oversized vehicles will not be admitted to the Grass Lots and will be assigned to alternate lots. The instructions of parking lot attendants are to be followed. Only one space per car is permitted. These parking lots are reserved for those attending football games, and patrons who enter these lots are expected to have game tickets. Any tailgate activities are expected to conclude within 10 minutes after kickoff. Police and security personnel will monitor these policies.

Memorial Stadium (Indiana) was dedicated in 1960 and underwent a $3.5 million renovation in 2003, with the field transforming from natural grass to a state-of-the-art surface and many other renovations taking place. Three hundred seats were added as well as nine suites, new locker rooms and more that was largely funded by former Hoosier quarterback Trent Green and his wife Julie.
