Over the years, the Bulldogs have put together some amazing seasons,
including four trips to the Frozen Four and even a national title, which they pulled down just a few seasons ago, in 2011.
Two of the team's players, John "Bah" Harrington and Mark Pavelich, were players for the University of Minnesota-Duluth when
they ended up helping guide the U.S. National Team to its epic win against Russia in 1980 – the game that is often referred
to as "The miracle on ice." Pavelich was even credited with the assist on the game winning goal by Boston University legend
and American hero, Mike Eruzione. Thanks to some major star power, a rich tradition of excellence and a great fan base that
shows up at every turn, this is a great school for hockey and the type of team that is always in the middle of one amazing
