This basketball season is loaded with good teams and great players, and many NBA fans think that this is a golden age of talent for the league. The Miami Heat are coming off their second consecutive NBA Championship and will have a target on their backs all season. Any games featuring the Heat are sure to be well-attended, no matter what city they're playing in. LeBron James, one of the best players to ever step onto an NBA court, is an athlete that has to be seen in person to truly appreciate. His size, speed and athleticism is a concoction that was made to incur the awe of basketball fans, and you can see that for yourself when you head to a Heat game this NBA season.

A great event for fans to attend is the NBA's All-Star Game, and that will take place on February 16th in New Orleans, LA. This game features the best players from both the Eastern and Western Conferences as they put on a show for the fans in attendance to enjoy. There isn't a whole lot of defense played in this game, making it an exciting affair where fans get to see what these incredible players can do when they're working together on the same team.

The NBA's postseason is sure to be one heck of a time yet again in 2014, as it always is. Will the Chicago Bulls return to form and contend with Miami for the conference title? Can the Indiana Pacers take the next step and become a true title contender? Will the Clippers' offseason acquisition of head coach Doc Rivers propel them to the NBA Finals? These are all questions that will be answered in time, but to get a good sense of what those answers will be you can head to regular season games and eventually playoff contests and find out.
