New Mastersounds tickets - New Mastersounds Tour

The New Mastersounds

The New Mastersounds (NMS) are truly "masters" of "sound." This four-piece funk band hails from Leads, England, but they've been making waves across America with their dance-worthy songs that get everyone grooving all night long. Guitarist and producer Eddie Roberts first formed the live band to compliment the DJ sets at a nightclub he was running called "The Cooker." Simon Allen and Eddie had played together in 1997 as The Mastersounds, and later added Pete Shand (bass) and Bob Birch (Hammond organ). Their very first rehearsal was released by Blow it Hard Records on two limited-edition 7" singles in 2000. In 2007, organist Bob Birch reluctantly retired from the band due to commitments at home. In February Eddie, Simon and Pete ushered in another Leeds keyboard player, Joe Tatton, who had depped for Bob in the past, as well as working with UK soul star Corinne Bailey Rae and funk renegades The Haggis Horns. Now you can come join Simon, Pete, Eddie and Joe when they jam out all night long at a venue near you! Order your very own NMS concert tickets at StubHub today!
