New Orleans Saints Schedule in 2014

An explosive offense like the Saints means that no deficit is too much to overcome, as Drew Brees and the Saints have a team littered with playmakers that know how to change a game on a dime. Come out and see a game filled to the brim with hard-hitting intensity as the Saints look to make a big move up the conference standings in another season loaded with nail-biting moments you know you will want to be a part of. The NFL is a league that really springs to life when you get a chance to see it up close and personal, giving you plenty of reasons to head out and see the Saints do their thing in a season packed to the brim with bench-gripping action you don't want to miss out on. New Orleans seems to be only a few bounces and perhaps a player or two away from another title after another playoff run last season. You can see them try to take that step as they play all of their division rivals at home as always.

They also have a few intriguing matchups in the Big Easy this fall, with some of the biggest games of the season including the home-opener that will pit the Saints against the Vikings on Sept. 21, a divisional matchup that will be Saints-Bucs on Oct. 5 and a highly anticipated game against the Packers on Oct. 26. There are also plenty of games on the road as well, including the season's first game in Atlanta against the division rival Falcons, a high-powered matchup between the Saints and Lions on Oct. 19 and an amazing Monday Night Football game on Dec. 15 in Chicago. The Saints' other Monday Nighter on Nov. 24 against the Ravens, will also bring plenty of fanfare, as it will be another opportunity for the Saints to make a major statement.

New Orleans Saints Team Info

The New Orleans Saints are looking to themselves as one of the best teams in the NFC yet again. Sean Payton's presence on the sidelines has made a world of difference, as Drew Brees is again looking like one of the best quarterbacks in the National Football League. Tight end Jimmy Graham is also establishing himself as one of the game's premier playmakers that they are making a priority to bring back, and they have the talent on defensive to make them incredibly difficult to beat all season long. Adding Rob Ryan to the staff obviously made an enormous difference.

But the Saints also got a big boost in the draft, picking up some important pieces to the equation and giving them some exciting new playmakers. Topping the list, of course, is Brandin Cooks, an electrifying wideout/running back/kick returner from Oregon who is sure to give opposing defensive coordinators some nightmares as Sean Payton slides him into the Saints' already explosive offense. Cornerback Stanley Jean-Baptiste from Nebraska, linebacker Khairi Fortt from Cal and Vinnie Sunseri from Alabama will also give the Saints some big-time depth on defense, making them a balanced team that definitely isn't going to go quietly this season despite playing in one of the league's top divisions.
