"The Nutcracker" tickets can now allow everyone who wants to a chance to see this fairy-ballet
live and in person. Set in two acts, three tableaux, and composed between 1891 and 1892 by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, The Nutcracker
is based on "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King", a story written in E.T.A. Hoffmann.
Any ballet whose selected numbers are hand-chosen by the composer to be utilized in other endeavors make for ballet
tickets that are a hot commodity. Such is exactly what happened with eight of the songs from The Nutcracker which Tchaikovsky
chose to become "The Nutcracker Suite" before the ballet had even premiered.
There is little coincidence that this ballet has become, in Western countries at least, one of the most popular ballets
to be performed, especially around Christmastime. As such, the familiar music of the ballet oftentimes brings to mind Christmas
cheer and good will even if it is heard in the midst of a warm summer's day. Take your loved ones to see this beloved ballet!
