Fort Worth act Oh, Sleeper formed following the failure of Christian emo act Terminal, where three members - James Erwin, Lucas Starr and Ryan Conley - performed. Oh, Sleeper came to fruition in 2006 with several Fort Worth natives, releasing the full length, Solid State Records debut "When I Am God" a year later. The group followed up the release, and the departure of Conley, with "Son of the Morning."
Oh, Sleeper has continued to see success with their albums - as "When I Am God," 2009's album, reached the Top 20 on the Top Heatseekers chart and scored high marks on the Top Christian chart as well. With heavy metal beats and a Christian undertone, Oh, Sleeper tour dates keep popping up at venues across the United States.
