Baltimore, Maryland

Baltimore, Maryland is also known as Charm City, and one visit to the city will show you exactly why. Sports fans can catch an Orioles game at Camden Yards, one of the most popular venues in the Major Leagues or a Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium during NFL season. A trip to the Inner Harbor and Fells Point are a must for anyone looking to get the most out of a trip to the city. Be sure to stop by Fort McHenry where Francis Scott Key wrote the Star Spangled Banner during the defense of Baltimore in the War of 1812. Of course, no trip to Baltimore would be complete without eating some world famous Maryland blue crabs, whether steamed and seasoned with Old Bay or in the form of a crab cake. Baltimore is also home of the original Washington Monument which was built in the city before the more famous Washington Monument located in Washington, D.C.
