The Navy Yard Tickets - The First Naval Shipyard in the U.S.

You don't need to go far in Philly in order to run into history. In fact, you can find it right when you stop in at its waterfront. The Navy Yard origins date back to the founding of the United States in 1776. These days, The Navy Yard offers park space, shops and even concert tickets to live music or other entertaining events.

The Navy Yard Tickets - Listen, Shop, Eat

The Navy Yard sprawls across the Philly waterfront, on an area of land that spans seven miles and borders both the Delaware and the Schuylkill Rivers. There are parks to stroll in and play sports on, restaurants and cafes to dine at, and even lots of great shops to browse. One of the standout attractions, however, are the live events that are held here, including many concerts.

The Navy Yard Tickets - History and Leisure

The Navy Yard's founding can be traced back to the Continental Congress, which leased land along Philadelphia's Front Street docks. That helped develop the nascent country's first navy. Around the days of the Civil War, the Navy Yard was relocated to where it can be found today. The U.S. Navy closed the yard in 1995, but it continued to develop as retail space.

The Navy Yard Tickets - Catch a Show Outdoors

Concert tickets to see performances at The Navy Yard are always worth picking up. There's nothing better than enjoying the outdoors and the fresh air while you listen to tunes from bands like Dayglow. Look up above to see what events are scheduled for The Navy Yard in the near future.
