Phoenix Suns Schedule in 2014-15
The Phoenix Suns are ready to burn it up on the basketball court this season as
they host some of the top teams in the entire National Basketball Association in 2014-15. The Suns have a nice collection
of talent that the organization is hoping will contend for a playoff spot. The team barely missed out on the final playoff
seed last season, so fans know that this group of players can play well. The Suns will need to perform at home against some
of the top teams in the conference this season, and for that they'll need a raucous home crowd.
The Suns will have to
play well when they host the Los Angeles Clippers this season. The Clippers won the Pacific Division last season and are one
of the best teams in the Western Conference. With the deadly combination of Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, the Clips are never
easy to take down, but the Suns would love to get a couple of wins against this juggernaut this season. Other top teams that
will visit Phoenix this season include the San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder, Dallas Mavericks and other. Check out

Phoenix Suns Team Info
Suns are looking to make the postseason in 2014-15 after narrowly missing out on the playoffs a year ago. The Suns came into
the 2013-14 season with low expectations, and many people dismissed their hot start to the year. However, when the Suns kept
playing good basketball they started to gain more and more believers. A lot of credit has to go to head coach Jeff Hornacek,
who proved in his first season with the team that he is the right man for the job. The Suns have a nice collection of talent,
and they added to that talent pool this offseason. Phoenix landed point guard Isaiah Thomas in free agency securing his services
on what looks to be a very reasonable contract. Thomas had a breakout season last year while playing for the Sacramento Kings,
averaging more than 20 points per game and assuming a leadership role on that squad. The Suns may bring him off the bench
this season and use him as a sixth man sparkplug, but that remains to be seen. The team also added some nice pieces through
the draft. TJ Warren is billed as the kind of player that just has a nose for the basket and will find a way to score whenever
he has the chance. He'll likely get some minutes at the three from day one. The team also selected Syracuse point guard Tyler
Ennis in the first round, and while there might not be a ton of minutes for him right away he projects as a true floor general
as a pass-first point guard. The team is also hoping to see a significant contribution from last year's first round pick,
center Alex Len. If Len can stay healthy, he may begin to realize some of his vast potential, which would be a huge boost
for this team. With Goran Dragic, the Morris twins and plenty of other contributors on this team the Suns look like they could
definitely contend for a playoff spot in 2014-15.

Phoenix Suns Trivia
Did you know that the Phoenix Suns once traded current
star guard Goran Dragic away?
That's right; in an odd turn of events, the Suns actually traded Dragic to the Houston
Rockets a couple of years ago in exchange for Aaron Brooks. Dragic, who had not been great for the Suns in his first stint,
played much better in Houston the rest of that season and convinced the Suns to re-sign him in the offseason. Dragic has taken
his game to a whole new level, narrowly missing out on an a spot on the Western Conference All-Star team last season.
