After Hours Building Access:
  • Use Last Minute Services/garage elevator after 6 p.m. and on weekends
Please park your car in an available spot and come up to the 5th floor through the double grey doors located on G1 level. There is a StubHub sign next to these doors with an after hour's buzzer (you will need to ring buzzer after 6pm on weekdays and all day on the weekends)

Parking:
  • Use parking garage for after-hours access - Do not park in front of building (Access the Elevator through the garage on level G1)
  • Parking for ticket pick-up only
  • No event parking (you will be towed)
Pick-up Instructions
Don't forget to bring:
  • A valid StubHub order or your confirmation email, Your StubHub Order number or confirmation email
  • A valid photo I.D., and/or
  • The credit or debit card you used to purchase the tickets.
In most cases, the Last Minute Service Centers open 3 hours before the start of an event and stay open until 30 minutes after the event begins. Please refer to your pick up instructions for specific times.
