The Band is part of a collective project to assemble a mobile recording studio and then travel from continent to continent, giving talented musicians from all walks of life a chance to channel their inspiration and share their talent with a global audience.
The Playing For Change Band is a group of musicians assembled from the many performers the Playing For Change team met while on their travels. They are heading out to venues across the country and playing songs from a variety of traditions, from the blues to traditional African folk music.
