Fans of world music will be pleased to see the Playing for Change Band coming their way. The Band is part of a collective project to assemble a mobile recording studio and then travel from continent to continent, giving talented musicians from all walks of life a chance to channel their inspiration and share their talent with a global audience.
The Playing For Change Band is a group of musicians assembled from the many performers the Playing For Change team met while on their travels. They are heading out to venues across the country and playing songs from a variety of traditions, from the blues to traditional African folk music. Make sure you come out to see this very special live tour.
Playing For Change Band tickets are now available, but won't be for very long. This unique collection of musicians were brought together by a sincere belief that music draws human beings together, and can inspire us to find common links between one another despite coming from different cultures.
