Terms and Conditions
Last Minute Services are provided by Last Minute Transactions, Inc. ("LMT"), a StubHub affiliate, who owns and operates the Last Minute Service Centers. I understand and agree to the conditions set forth below that are in addition to the terms and conditions contained on the StubHub.com website to which I have agreed.

  • I understand that my tickets may not sell prior to the event. If my tickets do not sell, I will not be entitled to compensation for my tickets.
  • It is my responsibility to list my tickets on StubHub.com and to set, maintain or change the tickets' prices.
  • It is my responsibility to confirm sales in a timely fashion.
  • If my tickets sell more than 72 hrs in advance of the event date while in LMT's possession, I will confirm the transaction within 48 hrs and forward the confirmation notice to the Last Minute Service Center that is holding my tickets. In the event I don't notify the local Last Minute Service Center within 48 hrs, I understand that LMT may notify StubHub to void my sale, provide the buyer with substitute tickets, and charge me for the costs of the substitute tickets. .
  • If my tickets sell on StubHub.com, I will be compensated per the terms of the StubHub User Agreement and Seller Learning Center including the deduction of all applicable seller fees.
  • LMT's and StubHub's total liability for providing Last Minute Services shall not exceed the "face-value" of the tickets I provide. LMT expressly disclaims all warranties, and makes no warranties or guarantees that your tickets will sell.
  • StubHub.com and LMT reserve the right to remove ticket listings, permanently or temporarily, from StubHub.com at any time without notice.
  • If my tickets do not sell before the event start time, LMT will not be obligated to return those unsold tickets to me. If I want my unused/unsold tickets returned to me, I will notify LMT as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled event start-time. It is my sole responsibility to de-list and then retrieve my tickets prior to the event, if I choose to dispose of them alternately or use them, neither of which is an option if the tickets have sold on StubHub.com.
  • Any sale on StubHub.com that occurs within 72 hrs of the event time is deemed final. I am obligated to provide the tickets listed for sale. In the event that the tickets listed are no longer available or are not made available to the appropriate Last Minute Service Center, I am liable for the cost of equivalent replacement tickets, which may be higher. LMT, in its sole discretion, may confirm tickets sold within 72 hrs of the scheduled event time and in LMT's possession.
