Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the RJ Reynolds Auditorium started getting built in 1919 with architect Charles Barton Keen. The auditorium is built in honor of Richard J Reynolds after his wife, Katharine Smith Reynolds donated land. The building is operated in joint with the Richard J. Reynolds High School and the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. It seats 1,800 people with an orchestra level and mezzanine/balcony area.
