Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel was born on February 19, 1963 in Paddington, England. He is known for his lack of hair and unfortunate facial scarring due to a childhood bout with lupus erythematosus. Seal did not get into music until after completing his studies in architecture and engineering, and his career decision has turned out to be a good one.
