Seton Hall Pirates Men's Basketball Parking Passes

When the Pirates are locked in a heated battle with a prominent rival, you will actually be able to feel the intensity rising with every possession late in the game – if you're in the stands with your fellow fans, that is. Ditch the couch and head out to a game absolutely filled with rim-rocking excitement, from thunderous dunks and spectacular blocked shots to eye-popping three-pointers that will have you jumping out of your seat in no time. Though we know it's the opening tip that has everyone buzzing, a big part of the experience is joining with the rest of the Pirates' fans as they gear up for game day.

Prudential Center is the perfect place to see an exciting basketball game featuring your Seton Hall Pirates, though that's not something you're going to figure out sitting in your living room hoping to get a glimpse of the game from home. In the parking lot of the Prudential Center, the camaraderie starts to build in a very big way hours before the game actually gets started, helping to get the whole fan experience off to an amazing start and sweeping fans right up into the excitement along the way. Once you're there in the middle of an epic game, you'll definitely be glad that you're not still sitting at home.

Seton Hall Pirates Basketball Team Info

Seton Hall is located in South Orange, New Jersey and has been a major part of the local sports scene for quite a while, which is why there is such a considerable fan following each and every season. The Big East tends to be loaded with amazing matchups, but the Pirates always seem to have a talented team that can take down anyone on a given day, giving their fans some major thrills in the process as they look to shoot their way toward the top of the conference standings. Even after the recent shakeup, the Big East is still bursting with powerhouses who provide some significant challenges for the Pirates along the way, giving you plenty of reasons to head out and see if they have what it takes to shoot their way all the way up the Big East.

The NCAA Basketball Experience

From the regular season through the very popular tournament at the end of the year, college basketball gives fans plenty of thrills that they simply can't truly appreciate anywhere but the stands of the arena. When two talented teams are trading baskets and the energy level of the crowd is steadily on the rise coming down the home stretch of a big game, the experience will completely speak for itself, as you'll likely be clinging to the edge of your seat – if you're sitting at all. College hoops played at a high level is known as being one of the very best spectator sports that you're going to find anywhere, and it doesn't get any better than Big East basketball featuring the Seton Hall Pirates.

Seton Hall Pirates Basketball History

The Seton Hall Pirates are no strangers to postseason play, and have one of the most storied postseason traditions of any major program. Before P.J. Carlesimo took over the Seton Hall Men's Basketball program in 1982, the Pirates had only had a few NIT Tournament appearances in the school's history. Though he inherited a struggling team, Coach Carlesimo, began to turn around the culture of Seton Hall into one of the finest runs in recent memory. By 1988, the Pirates made the NCAA Tournament, and the following year, the Pirates played in one of the most memorable championship games of all-time. Though they would end up losing a nail-biter to the Wolverines, the game largely put the Pirates on the map on the national scene and soon the Pirates were building themselves into a bona fide powerhouse.

Seton Hall Pirates Basketball Trivia

In 2013-2014, Fuquan Edwin became just the second player in the history of the program to win the Big East Defensive Player of the Year Award. Can you name the first?

The answer is Terry Dehere, who won the award while dominating for the Pirates back in 1992-1993.

Seton Hall Pirates Basketball Fans

Be there for all the slick crossovers, smooth fade-aways and nail-biting moments as the Pirates look to give their fans another memorable season of college basketball. It all gets rolling in the parking lot long before the opening tip, completing the experience of game day and giving fans another way to join in the excitement of the Seton Hall Pirates. When the game is getting closer and the excitement level of the fans is on the rise, you'll definitely see what all of the buzz is about.
