Regina Edwards, who would later change her name to Shania Twain, was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. Her childhood was
anything but easy; she grew up in a rugged community in Canada in a poor household, although she looks back on her family
life with fondness, saying that there was always plenty of happiness. Due to her family situation, Twain learned how to chop
wood, hunt, and survive with little money in the remote Canadian countryside. The need for money was actually the catalyst
