Release for use of Name and Testimonial Without Consideration

The undersigned (the "Grantor") hereby grants to StubHub, Inc. ("StubHub") the right to use the Grantor's name, home city and testimonial set forth below in connection with StubHub's marketing and publicity efforts in any and all media in perpetuity. Said media shall include, without limitation, print, radio, television, internet, email, magazine and any other form of communication whether now known or hereafter devised.

No consideration is being paid for this release, and the Grantor understands that StubHub is relying on this release without consideration if it avails itself of any or all of the rights granted herein.
