2000. Formerly known as the Sacramento Valley Amphitheater, the Sleep Train Amphitheatre's ZIP code originally put it in Marysville,
but it was eventually changed to Wheatland. The innovative Sleep Train Amphitheatre is owned by Live Nation and sponsored
by Sleep Train Mattress Centers—a company that has been in business for more than two decades. The company strives to
support local communities, including local concert venues to help ensure that music and the arts are accessible to California

$25 million to build, and can hold close to 18,500 people at one event. It has 8,000 reserved seats that are situated right
in front of the stage, and 10,500 festival lawn seats that allow patrons to spread out on blankets, relax and enjoy the music
