Every season, one of the teams that is routinely in the hunt for the Big Ten championship is the Ohio State Buckeyes. They
did that yet again in 2010, finishing in a three-way tie for the top of the conference with Michigan State and Wisconsin.
The Buckeyes went on to win the Sugar Bowl, and will be looking for similar success in the 2011 season.
The Ohio State Buckeyes football program is one of the most storied in the entire NCAA
football scene. The team has been around for more than a century, and in that time they have managed to bring home multiple
national titles to the Buckeyes. The Buckeyes have also graduated many players to the NFL, some of whom have gone on to be
inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
The Buckeyes deserve a home field with history, and they have just that in Ohio Stadium. Ohio Stadium was first build in 1922 and has hosted many legendary
games over the decades. The stadium has also seen many renovations, including a major $194 million renovation in 2001. The
atmosphere at Ohio Stadium is also unforgettable, partly because it features a capacity of 102,329.
Even those who aren't former or current students of Ohio State University call themselves die-hard Buckeyes fans. Just
about the entire state of Ohio goes gaga for Ohio State football, which explains the popularity of sports tickets to see the Ohio State Buckeyes every season. Gather together
your fellow Buckeyes fans and head out to a game this season.
