Note: These are not event tickets. Do not purchase one of these listings unless you have tickets at a StubHub Last Minute Services office that you are trying to designate for 3rd Party Pick-Up.

If you have tickets at a Last Minute Services office that you are trying to designate for 3rd Party Pick-Up, please closely follow these instructions, failure to do so may result in a delay or inability for the StubHub office to process your request. The total charge for this service is $20 per transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a charge of $50 per transaction for Super Bowl Orders.

Make sure to carefully follow the instructions below:

1. Remove the tickets which you are designating for 3rd Party Pick-Up from StubHub.com and your upload file.
2. Please choose the listing below that corresponds to the Region where your event is taking place. Be sure to buy one, and only one, listing for each person who will be picking up tickets.
3. Please make sure to enter the FULL NAME (FIRST AND LAST) of the person picking up the tickets in the FIRST NAME field.
4. Next enter the full ticket details, including event date, venue, home team or artist, section, row and specific seat numbers in the LAST NAME field.
5. Please enter the cell phone number of the person picking up the tickets in the DAY PHONE field.

After completion of the purchase, you will receive an initial email which will contain the details of your request. You will then receive a confirmation email that will have a transaction number and the pick up information, including location and time, as well as pick up restrictions. Please make sure you pass this information to the person picking up the tickets. You will not be charged until you receive your confirmation email.

If you have issues or questions, please do not call customer service, please email the appropriate LMT office as indicated on the map. As these are not event tickets, the StubHub Fan Protect guarantee does not apply to services purchased on this event.
