In hoping to accomplish
their goal of making a return to the NCAA Tournament this season the Horned Frogs will have their work cut out for them as
they take on many of the best teams in all of college hoops. The Horned Frogs have home games at Wilkerson Greines Center
against the Prairie View Panthers, the Washington State Cougars, the New Orleans Privateers, the Mississippi Valley State
Delta Devils, the Radford Highanders, the Furman Paladins, the McNeese State Cowboys, the Texas San Antonio Roadrunners, the
Grambling Tigers, and the Tennessee State Tigers before conference play even begins. Once Big 12 play gets underway the Horned
Frogs will host the West Virginia Mountaineers, the Baylor Bears, the Texas Longhorns, the Kansas Jayhawks, the Oklahoma Sooners,
the Oklahoma State Cowboys, the Kansas State Wildcats, the Texas Tech Red Raiders, and the Iowa State Cyclones. During their
mission to leapfrog teams like Iowa State, Texas, and Kansas this season the Horned Frogs will need every last bit of home

The TCU Horned Frogs have had a basketball team for decades and although they have had their share of struggles
in recent years, the program has enjoyed plenty of success. The Horned Frogs have won their conference regular season 11 times,
10 times while playing in the Southwest Conference and once while playing the the Western Athletic Conference. TCU now plays
in the Big 12 and have spent the last few years getting used to their new home while also facing some difficult times. It
appears as though the Horned Frogs have finally assembled a roster with enough talent and experience to make some real noise
in the Big 12 this season. They have a formidable front court featuring Devonta Abron and Karviar Shepherd, which is a necessity
when going up against the big, physical teams they will face in conference play. In addition to competing in the NCAA Tournament
seven times, the TCU Horned Frogs have been to the NIT six times, most recently in 2005 when they made it to the quarterfinals
before falling to Maryland.

Tournament the TCU Horned Frogs have compiled a 5-7 record. Their last appearance in the Tournament was in 1998 when they
lost in the first round, but the Horned Frogs have made it to the Sweet Sixteen four times, and the Elite Eight once. In six
trips to the NIT the Horned Frogs have never failed to make it out of the first round, and have made it to the quarterfinals
three times, including during their last appearance in the tournament in 2005.
