focused on Texas A&M's Men's Football program and their Heisman Trophy winning quarterback, Johnny Manziel, their Basketball
program also looks to another promising season on the SEC this year. Coach Billy Kennedy is ready to take his team into SEC
action with seven nationally televised games, making College Station the place to be long after football season ends. Don't

March Madness Tournament, and Coach Billy Kennedy has his guys focused on winning, one game at a time. Building off the momentum
of Kennedy's second season and first winning season at Texas A&M, things are definitely looking up in College Station.
their top scorer from 2012 in Elston Turner is gone, the Aggies welcome new talent ready to take over and lead. With newcomers
like Florida State transfer Antwan Space and power forward Dylan Johns ready to take the court for Texas A&M, this new
look Aggies team is intriguing and talented. Looking to build off of his strong freshman campaign, Sophomore guard Alex Caruso
is back after setting the Texas A&M freshman record with 61 steals last season, proving that they defense is one of the
best in the conference. Another Aggie player looking to capitalize on a strong year is 6-9 junior forward Kourtney Roberson,
who is looking to become the Aggies scoring and rebounding threat after a proving that after averaging 7 points and 6 rebounds
a game last year is just the beginning. This Texas A&M Aggies team looks forward to showcasing their talents in the strong
SEC with a blend of proven upperclassmen and promising newcomers.

the Southwestern Conference, Big 12 and now the Southeastern Conference, can you name the three Aggies currently playing in
The Aggies are well represented by current NBA players DeAndre Jordan and of the Los Angeles Clippers, Donald
Sloan of the Indiana Pacers, and Khris Middleton of the Milwaukee Bucks.
DeAndre Jordan was the 35th overall pick of
the Los Angeles Clippers and recently signed a very nice 4 year contract to play with perennial All Stars like Blake Griffin
and Chris Paul.
Though Texas A&M is not known as a powerhouse program in Men's College Basketball,
the program has enjoyed considerable success of the years, especially during the years of 1963-1990 under legendary coach
Shelby Metcalf. Under his tutelage, the Aggie's Men's Basketball program enjoyed 6 conference titles, 2 conference tournament
titles. His postseason success were plentiful, with Texas A&M appearing in the NCAA Tournament 6 times and the NIT Tournament
4 times under his lead. Most fans will remember the great turnaround of 2003-4, when first year coach Billy Gillespie led
the Aggies to the NCAA Tournament after they finished 0-16 in Big 12 play the year before. Since then, the Aggies have been
competitive in their conferences, and 2013-14 looks to be a year of high hopes in College Station and one fans will pack the
Reed Arena to root for.
Though other sports teams like to tout the 12th Man to represent their
fan support and spirit, the tern was coined at Texas A&M, where the story goes that a fan was pulled out of the stands
at a 1922 football game, to join the team on the field. At Texas A&M, the fans are notorious across the country for their
passion and spirit. This year, look for Reed Arena to be full for every game, especially when the big SEC teams come to play.
