After a musically dynamic childhood, Michael Bacon joined the folk-rock band, Good News, which rigorously toured during the '70s. After relocating to Nashville, he recorded two solo albums. Artists like Perry Como, Peter Yarrow, Jerry Lee Lewis and Claude Francois are just a sampling of artists who have recorded songs penned by Michael. He moved to the Big Apple in 1985 to compose music for TV and films, which turned out to be a successful move. He is credited for the score for the documentary, The Kennedys, The Johnstown Flood, A Time for Justice and King Gimp. He has claimed numerous awards for his scores. Although his brother, Kevin, pursued an acting career, Kevin never lost his love for music. Throughout his successful acting career, Kevin has maintained his musical collaboration with Michael.
