The Black Box Revelation formed in the town of Dilbeek, where Jan Paternoster and Dries Van Dijck first met and began jamming together. It wasn't until 2006 that they really started to take off. Their band got noticed when they took second place in a major Belgian music contest. In 2007, they released their first EP, Introducing The Black Box Revelation, and have been attracting the attention of critics ever since.
As one of several up and coming artists selected for the Bonnaroo Buzz Tour, The Black Box Revelation will be performing this year at The Stone Pony in New Jersey and making their way south to the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences in West Virginia.
