The Borgata Event Center History
Atlantic City has long been a great venue for some of the hottest acts in music
and comedy, helping to solidify the Borgata Event Center as simply the place to be if you're in AC looking for a bit of entertainment.
The Borgata Event Center first opened its doors in 2003 and is found inside The Borgata Resort and Casino, helping make it
the perfect destination for all kinds of different entertainment options. The Borgata Event Center is the largest of two entertainment
venues in The Borgata, with the other one being the 1,000-seat Music Box, where you can find the Borgata Comedy Club and smaller
concerts.
Over the years, musical acts like Maxwell, Robin Thicke, Yes, Chicago, REO Speedwagon, Chicago, Motley Crue,
and others have all taken the stage at The Borgata Event Center, creating a tradition for bringing in world-class entertainers
that only seems to grow from one year to the next. The music at The Borgata Event Center is great, but the comedy is also
just as noteworthy, with veteran comics like Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Gaffigan, Lisa Lampanelli, George Lopez, and the like all
bringing down the house with riotous routines in the past. Add it all up and the Borgata Event Center remains a hub for entertainment
around Atlantic City, and that doesn't seem likely to change anytime in the near future.

The Borgata Event Center holds up to 2,400 guests, but with the big name acts it draws to the stage the venue
usually sells out quickly. Shows at this venue are an opportunity to see some of the biggest names in entertainment up close
and in a more intimate setting than they usually perform. Though we know there are all kinds of ways to be entertained these
days, it doesn't get any better than a live performance from one of your favorite musicians or comedians. When you're there
getting sucked into the buzz of the atmosphere, the experience of seeing a big show at the Borgata Event Center will completely
speak for itself.
