The Script members Danny O'Donoghue and Mark Sheehan grew up together in Dublin, and formed a songwriting and production partnership when they were a part of the band Mytown. Although the original band didn't work out, they were able to recruit drummer Glen Power and form an even-stronger band that eventually became The Script. The band released their debut, self-titled album in 2008, which garnered much success in their home country. Victoria's Secret chose "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" as the theme for its annual pared and fashion show in 2009, propelling the band to an even higher status.
