The first aid room is at the concourse level at Section 103. There are also medical staff at the guest relations booth at Section 106.

Doors open 1 hour before performance time.

To turn in or retrieve a lost item go to the GTI booths, which are open during events and regular business hours. Or call 702.895.3761.

The Thomas and Mack Center can hold 18,500 guests.

There are university police throughout the Thomas and Mack Center and at the guest relations booths at Section 106.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas at the concourse level at the Cox Pavilion and University entrances.
