Located in Folsom, California, Three Stages was originally conceived as a vehicle for instruction, development and guidance for talented Folsom Lake College students, aspiring to become dancers, musicians, actors, visual artists and behind-the-curtain technicians. The scope and size of Three Stages at Folsom Lake College increased significantly with a 2003 feasibility study which reinforced the need for a facility that could also serve the needs of the greater community.
