What is Ticket Mover?
Ticket Mover is a desktop application that lets you download your season tickets from the team's website to your desktop so you can store, share, and sell.

What do I do if I don't have a team site username and password or have a problem with them?
Contact the team directly for issues about your team site username and password.

What is my inventory?
Your inventory consists of your tickets on the team's site.

Why must I select a 'Download reason'?
Before you can download your tickets, your team site will want to know why.

What happens if I have a problem downloading my tickets?
StubHub has set up an area on our web site for providing feedback in cases where you are unable to download your tickets. If you are having problems, we want to know.

What do I do if I can't find my team.
If you can't find your team, let us know. We may not support them yet.

How do I get my team site username and password?
You can contact your team site administrator directly for username and password info.

Does StubHub save my sign in credentials?
If you select 'Save my info for this team,' we'll save your team's sign in credentials. These credentials are not saved on StubHub.com. To delete your credentials, under 'Saved teams' click the x next to the team's name.

Does StubHub have access to my tickets?
Ticket Mover allows you to download your tickets from a team's site to your desktop. StubHub does not have access to your tickets.

Can I list my tickets on other sites besides StubHub?
Ticket Mover lets you download your tickets from the team's site to your desktop. From there, you can do what you like with your tickets. Share them with family and friends or list them for sale on StubHub or any other marketplace you choose.
