UCLA Women's Basketball Schedule
Each year when college basketball season rolls around there is only one place
in the world to be, Pauley Pavilion, home of the UCLA Bruins. Sure, the men's side is one of the most legendary programs in
the history of the sport and the most successful in terms of National Championships, but the women's program at UCLA is certainly
a stand out in and of themselves. The UCLA women's team has established itself as a true national power and has recruited
some of the best and most exciting college basketball players in the country. Their schedule is loaded with tough games and
some of the best programs in all of college basketball will be heading to Pauley Pavilion looking to come out with a win against
UCLA. However, as history has shown, this is easier said than done and the Bruins are always prepared to give their home crowd
something to cheer for.
On Monday December 3rd crosstown rivals the USC Trojans come to town in what will surely be
one of the most highly attended and exciting games of the 2013-2014 season. Whenever UCLA and USC meet in any sport there
is sure to be nothing short of the highest level of excitement. February 23rd is Senior Night for the Bruins and they will
be taking on the Stanford Cardinal in their last home game. Senior Night is always special at UCLA and this is your chance
to show the ladies who have been giving their all during their college career how much you appreciate them.
Bruins Women's Basketball Conference
While in recent years the Pac 12 has mainly been known for its college football,
basketball has always been a big deal in the conference as well and in recent years several schools have stepped up their
game making it extremely difficult for a team to navigate the tough conference schedule. Perennial powerhouses Stanford and
Oregon always are staunch competition and with the recent development of programs like USC and Washington, the conference
is only getting tougher. Playing such a tough regular season schedule annually leaves the teams from the Pac 12 who are selected
for the Tournament ready to take on any college in the country and allows for even some of the lower seeds to pull off big
time upsets. Each year teams from the Pac 12 go on to become major factors in the NCAA Tournament and make deep runs, often
to the Final Four and to a national championship. When it comes to college sports there is arguably no conference that is
historically better or more dominant than the Pac 12.
UCLA Bruins Women's Basketball Rivalries
its fiercest rivalry in each college sport with crosstown rival the USC Trojans and this remains true in women's basketball.
School pride and conference city bragging rights all factor in to contests with USC, making it one of the most intense rivalries
in all of college sports. Another big rival for the Bruins is in state and in conference rival Stanford. The Cardinal has
been one of the premiere teams in women's college basketball and UCLA is always eager to bring them down a notch while also
proving to the rest of the conference and the NCAA as a whole that they are a force to be reckoned with. Any in conference
Pac 12 game is sure to be intense so you really can't go wrong attending any game at Pauley Pavilion.

most passionate fans in all of sports, the games have an atmosphere that is unrivaled. When you set foot into Pauley Pavilion
for a UCLA Bruins home basketball game this will all be clear. As the teams set up for opening tip off the fans stand up and
