The UNLV Rebels football team is one of the teams that play in the Mountain West Conference. They must prove themselves against other Mountain West teams like TCU, Utah, Air Force, San Diego State, Brigham Young, Colorado State, New Mexico and Wyoming.

        The UNLV Rebels football program has come a long way since it was first founded in the late 1960s. The program began as a Division II team but soon moved to Division I.
