No flash cameras or professional attachments are ever permitted. Video/Audio recording devices are not permitted. No laser pointers, food, or beverages may be brought into the arena. Smoking is not permitted inside the arena, however designated smoking areas are provided. For Conference USA: Non-professional flash camera ARE permitted.

Will Call orders can be picked up after 5:00PM or 2 hours prior to the event on the night of the event only unless special arrangements are made. Customers must have their confirmation number, a picture ID, and the actual credit card used to place the order.

Firstar Center is located on the Ohio River next to Cinergy Field. From I-75 South: Take Freeman Avenue Exit (Freeman Avenue ends at Mehring Way.) Left on Mehring Way. Firstar Center is on the left after passing Paul Brown Stadium and Cinergy Field. Another option: Second Street exit staying in the right lane to ramp down to Pete Rose Way. From I-71 South: Take the Gilbert Avenue exit and turn right onto East Court Street. Left on Reedy (the first street) then left on Eggelston Avenue then right on Pete Rose Way. Firstar Center is located on the left. From I-71/75 North: Second Street exit staying in right lane to ramp down to Pete Rose Way. From I-471 North: Stay in right lane across bridge. Follow North I-75/West US50 exit. Stay right and exit on Third Street. Turn left at first light, Broadway. Firstar Center is at the corner of Broadway and Pete Rose Way.
Parking:

Plenty of parking is available at Cinergy Field and surrounding lots. Event parking starts at $6.00. For Conference USA: FOR DAYTIME SESSIONS: It is recommended arriving EARLY as daytime parking in the city can be LIMITED. Parking is available at Newport on the Levy. There is additional parking at lots between Paul Brown Stadium and Cinergy Field as well as other downtown parking locations.

Southbank Shuttle Hours for Conference USA are: Wednesday - Friday: 6:00am - 1:00 am Saturday: 10:00am - 1:00am Southbank Shuttle services take you from hotels along the Ohio river in Cincinnati, Covington, Newport and the Levee for $0.50 a ride. For more information please call Southbank Shuttle at (859) 331-8265. Metro's parking meter hours are Mon - Fri 6am - 7:30pm with no Sat service. Fare is $0.25.
