USC Trojans Basketball Road Games

USC Trojans Basketball Road Game tickets

USC Road Games Schedule

It should not come as a surprise to anyone that USC basketball tickets are rising in popularity. The team is in prime position to make a charge up the PAC 12 standings in the 2014-2015 season and they will need support from all of their fans, especially on the road. The PAC 12 is always one of the most hotly contested conferences in all of college basketball and this year should be no different. USC along with their PAC 12 rivals annually feature some of the best college basketball players in the world as well as some of the most highly regarded recruits which provide for plenty of excitement as the regular season gets underway. Sometimes it can be hard to get tickets for home games at Galen Center, but there is always room for more Trojans fans on the road. True die-hard college hoops fans know the thrill of entering an opposing team's home arena decked out in USC gear and cheering the team to victory surrounded by fans of the opponent. Winning on the road in the PAC 12 and if the Trojans are going to score some big road wins against the likes of Arizona, UCLA, Stanford, and others, they will need the support of their biggest fans when playing on the road.

The Team

The Trojans' biggest victory in 2013 was the hiring of new head coach Andy Enfield who was fresh off of a Cinderella run through the NCAA Tournament at Florida Gulf Coast. The hire brought a lot of buzz to the USC campus but unfortunately that did not translate to many wins in the PAC 12 last season as the team finished at the bottom of the conference standings. However, things should be different this year as their young team has improved and will return leading scorer and rebounder Byron Wesley as well as second leading scorer and leading assist man Pe'Shon Howard who will provide the offense with plenty of firepower. Coach Enfield has already been able to score some top rated recruits who also should be able to contribute this season. There is no telling how far the 2014-2015 USC Trojans can go, but you can be sure they will be improving all season and hopefully peaking at the right time in March after earning their first NCAA Tournament berth since 2011.

The Experience

College basketball games are an experience like no other. Featuring some of the best student athletes in the world along with some of the most passionate fans in all of sports, the games have an atmosphere that is unrivaled. When you set foot into the opposition's gym for a USC Trojans road basketball game this will all be clear. As the teams set up for opening tip off the fans stand up and loudly cheer for their alma mater and hometown favorites. The game continues full of back and forth action, big time shots, and clutch defensive stops. Before you know it the clock is winding down in the second half and the two sides are wrapped up in yet another tight contest. Your palms get sweaty with each trip down the floor and each time a player from your favorite team lets loose a shot you hold your breath until the ball tickles the twine. This continues until the final buzzer when the Trojans' side erupts after another big win and their fans flow out of the arena in jubilation. USC fans have been hungry for a winning basketball team for a few years now, and with the support of their most loyal fans the Trojans can pull off some big road upsets this year.

USC Trojans PAC 12 Conference

The Pac 12 is made up of teams from the Pacific Northwest, the Four Corners Area, and California. The twelve teams in the conference are Arizona State, Arizona, Cal Berkeley, Oregon, Colorado, Oregon State, UCLA, USC, Washington, Utah, and Washington State. It has long been one of the best college basketball conferences in the country with UCLA and Arizona as the powerhouse programs in the conference. In recent years Oregon, Stanford, and Arizona State have also made their marks on the college basketball landscape, and the relatively recent additions of Utah and Colorado have made the conference even stronger. Three of the Western United States based colleges with the most NCAA Tournament appearances play in the PAC 12: UCLA, Arizona, and Utah. When it comes to Tournament Time, teams representing the PAC 12 are some of the most feared and typically among the most successful teams in the Big Dance.Regular season conference games in the PAC 12 are among the most exciting in all of college basketball and whichever teams make it out of the PAC 12 regular season with a good enough record to be chosen to participate in the NCAA Tournament will be battle tested enough to make some serious noise in the Big Dance.
