Customers may pick up tickets at the will call window beginning 90 minutes prior to event time at the Ticket Office (Southeast Rotunda). Customer must have confirmation number and picture ID. No cameras or recording devices allowed along with large backpacks or bags. OSU games do not permit bringing in banners or signs, but the policy varies by entertainment event. Other prohibited items include animals other than service animals, coolers, cans bottles, fireworks, weapons, food, beverages, balloons, beach balls, drugs, laser pointers, noise makers and strollers.

Surface lots adjacent to the Value City Arena (Schottenstein Center) will hold more than 5,000 vehicles for a fee of $5.00 per vehicle. If those spots are full, there are an additional 10,000+ spots available within walking distance of the venue. With this kind of room, parking for the Value City Arena (Schottenstein Center) is generally not an issue.

The Value City Arena (Schottenstein Center) has been opened since November 3, 1998. The first event was a men s basketball game, but the arena also hosts the women s basketball team, the men s ice hockey team and a variety of other concerts and special events. The facility cost $115 million to build and was named after a donation to honor late Jerome Schottenstein.
