To maintain a fun, family atmosphere, foul language, obvious intoxication, and obscene clothing aren't allowed - guests who break this code may be ejected. Shirts are required.
There are two ATMs on-site, in the main lobby and upper concourse.
Alcohol from the outside can't be brought in, but you can buy alcoholic drinks inside. You have to be 21 or over and have valid ID, of course. Serving alcohol is at management and staff's discretion.

You can enjoy a wide variety of concessions in the CAJUNDOME, from burgers and hotdogs to smoothies and ice cream.

When you buy a ticket, let the staff person know you need accessible seating, either wheelchair or limited-mobility.
All parking lots offer accessible parking on a first come, first served basis, for those with valid parking placard or plates.

There's a first aid room on the main concourse in the South Lobby. EMS services are also available for all events. Contact a staff member if you need help while you're there.
For most events, doors open an hour before start-time. To check, call 337.265.2100.
During an event, if you've lost something, contact facility services. If you find something turn it in to an employee. After an event, for lost and found, call 337.265.2100.

There are accessible restrooms throughout the CAJUNDOME.
Depending on the event, capacity ranges from 4,500 to 13,000.
No smoking is allowed inside the CAJUNDOME, but there is a designated area that you can reach from the Main Concourse on the east side, or from the upper concourse east and west ramps.
You can find the box office (and will call) to the right of the doors on the south side of the building. The box office is open from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday - Friday, and Saturdays when there is an event that day or in the following week. Not open on Sundays. Hours are subject to change, and are extended on days of events. You can pay with cash or major credit card, or with a personal check up to a week before an event. For info, call 337.265.2104.
Will call tickets can be picked up at the box office. Only the person whose name is on the tickets can pick them up, and you have to show proper ID and sign for it. When the box office closes, tickets are taken to the Administrative Offices to the right.
