For most shows guests can transfer their tickets but some shows don't allow this.
The purchaser must photocopy an ID and write a signed release note on the photocopy, reading:
I, (cardholder¿s name) am transferring my tickets for (the event) to (ticket recipient¿s name).
The cardholder must sign the note and then hand it over at the box office with the ticket recipient¿s ID on the night of the event.
Photo policy varies each night. Artists usually convey the official photo policy upon arrival. Typically non-professional cameras are permitted but professional cameras and video recorders require a photo pass.
There are no age restrictions for shows.
The venue's kitchen serves typical bar food.
There is no disabled seating. The floor is general admission.
Doors open on the time printed on the ticket or the top of the event detail page next to the words "Doors Open."
The box office opens 5 minutes before the posted door time for each show. Advance tickets are not sold at the box office.
Pick up will call tickets on the night of the event at the box office. It opens a few minutes before the posted door time. Present a valid picture ID and the credit card used for the purchase.
