The Arena Theatre first opened in 1929 as a vaudeville playhouse. One year later it was equipped for motion pictures. Over the years it served as a notable theatre, attracting patrons year after year. In 1997 the theatre was rebuilt and now features 177 fully upholstered built in seats and the maximum capacity is 287 with the inclusion of portable folding chairs.
There are no video cameras or recording devices allowed inside the theatre and no outside food or beverages are permitted. Snack food and beverages are available for purchase at the theatre. For customers over the age of 21, beer, wine and liquor are available as long as a valid photo ID can be presented. Merchandise is available for sale at some featured shows.
