Arrowhead Stadium alcohol policies are in place so that all guests can have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable time at the event. Standard stadium rules apply - no alcohol in or out, all state and federal laws must be obeyed, and there's a two drink maximum per purchase. There's no alcohol for sale after the third quarter in the Field and Upper levels.
There are a few things to remember to be in accordance with the code of conduct.
There are at least two ATMs on each level.
Coolers and backpacks are not allowed into the arena. Please make sure that your bag is smaller than 8.5" x 11" x 6".
Amateur photography is allowed, but professional photo equipment and video cameras are not. Allowed cameras include those under 4" in length and width.
For guests with a state-issued hang tag or license plate for disabled parking, there's accessible parking in Lots B, C, D, F, G, H, and M. Please make sure the person to whom the tag is issued is in the vehicle. Accessible parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
ADA/wheelchair seating is located on the Field, Scout Investments Club, and Horizon levels.

Outside food isn't allowed, but if you have a special dietary need, call ahead at 816.920.4237.
Parking lots open 3.5 hours before the game begins, and stadium gates open 1.5 hours. Premium areas, which include the Club Level, Founder's Club, Suites, and Penthouse open 2.5 hours prior to the beginning of theh game.
The Fans First Booths presented by Sprint can be found on lower and upper levels, and are there to help everyone have a great event day experience.

Found items may be turned into any Fans First Booth or concierge desk. Items will be kept at that location until the crowd has exited. Due to the large volume of lost and found items, guests are encouraged to contact Chiefs Customer Relations after the event. They can be reached at 816.920.4237 Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, or by sending an e-mail.
The following aren't allowed into the stadium:

Find ADA-accessible men's and women's restrooms on each level of the facility. Family restrooms on each level provide a diaper changing station. There are also diaper changing stations in most men's and women's restrooms.
Signs and banners aren't a problem, but they must not be bigger than 3' x 5', or interfere with anyone else's ability to enjoy the game.
Smoking isn't allowed in the seating bowl, or any area of the stadium not listed below:
Tailgating is allowed.
Stadium tours are available with pre-purchased tickets. Visit the stadium tour booth on the premises to purchase tickets and receive a tour schedule.
