Astor Place

The Astor Place Theater has a current seating capacity for 299 patrons and it is the home for the long-running Off-Broadway smash hit, Blue Man Group. The show has been playing at the Astor Place Theater since November 11, 1991 and is considered an “open run,” with no set end date.

Recommended for 8 years and up. Children 5 years and younger are not admitted to the theater. All children over 5 years must have a ticket.

Poncho Section: Poncho will be provided to protect patrons from edible & washable stuff flying off the stage. Don't get dressed-up though. Performance Note: Strobe lights will be used during the performance. Concessions: T-shirts, mugs, posters available, as well as baked goods, candy and coffee. Restrooms: Located just off lobby. NO smoking, food, cameras, videocameras, recording devices permitted in the theatre.
