AT&T Park

Children less than two years old don't need a ticket, but need to sit on the lap of someone with a ticketed seat. 

Non-folding strollers can be checked in at the guest services office behind Section 119, Promenade level, or at the concierge desk on the Club and Oracle Luxury Suite levels. 

There are a few rules to keep in mind. 

No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into the stadium, and AT&T Park is a no-smoking facility. Guests using obscene or offensive language, or otherwise behaving in an unruly manner will be asked to cease by stadium staff or the SFPD. 

Guests entering the playing field will be subject to a $1,000 fine, and interfering while a ball is in play may leave one subject to ejection per Giants management discretion. 

Sealed bottles and soft-sided juice boxes are allowed into the park. 

There are ATMs located throughout the park, and outside four of the six park entrances. 

Inside the park, find them in the Second & King St. and Lefty O'Doul areas on the promenade level, the concierge desk on the club level, and by the Willie Mays lobby. 

On August 7th, in 2007, Barry Bonds hit his 756th home run, breaking the previous record held by Hank Aaron. 

Standard stadium rules apply - no outside beverages are allowed into or out of AT&T Park. Inside the park, alcoholic beverages can be purchased. Two drink limit at concession stands - although you can buy four using in-seat service. If you've purchased alcohol in the Field Club Lounge of the Club Level after the seventh inning, you'll have to remain there to consume it. 

You can bring most types of soft-sided bags into the stadium, as long as they're less than 16"x16"x8" in size. Hard-sided coolers are never allowed. 

You can bring cameras and video recorders in to the park, but guests need to make sure filming doesn't obstruct the view of the game. Reproduction or re-broadcast for commercial purposes without written permission from the San Francisco Giants and Major League Baseball is prohibited. 

There's a wide variety of food available, from traditional ball park fare to ethnic and gourmet selections. Concessions at AT&T Park reflect the wide diversity of fantastic food San Francisco has to offer. Permanent concesssion stands are all painted brick-red for easy recognition. 

AT&T Park has is totally ADA-accessible, and happily accomodates guests with hearing, vision, mobility, and other disabilities. All restrooms, drinking fountains, and points of service are ADA-accessible, and every part of the park is accessible via elevator, and guests with disabilities and their companions have priority use. 

There are drop-off zones on both sides of the ballpark, at the Second and King St. entrance, and on Third St. near the Giants Dugout store. There's disabled parking available in all lots, with shuttle access to the ballpark. 

Six Giants Dugout stores are on site, as well as 15 merchandise locations. You also find branded merchandise online at sfgiants.com

The first aid station is on the Promenade level behind Section 132, and it's open during all baseball games. 

You can enter the ballpark 2 hours before game time during the regular season. Game times may sometimes be change to accomodate a national television schedule. 

The guest services office is found on the Promenade level, behind Section 119. They'll have information on public transportation, can accomodate wheel chair requests, help find lost children or items, and many other things. 

Guests can exit and re-enter the ballpark with a hand stamp and stamped ticket stub. 

There are restrooms located throughout the park. 

There's a security office on the Promenade stairwell, near Section 131. 

Baseball-related banners and signs, created in good taste, are permitted, as well as American flags. Banners and signs can't be more than 3' in height, or block the view for other guests, and they cannot be hung or affixed to any other structures in the park. 

There are no smoking facilities in the park. 

Tailgating is allowed in lots A and D, but, keep it to the space occupied by your vehicle, use charcoal grills, and don't spill over into adjacent spaces.

AT&T Park can seat 41,915 people.

Will call tickets can be picked up at the ticket office near Willie Mays Plaza on King St, as early as two hours before the game. However, if you're picking up tickets purchased by phone or on the team website, they can be printed out at the Ticket Relay kiosks, open 24 hours a day.
