The Auditorium Theatre box office is located at 50 East Congress Parkway between Wabash and Michigan Ave. It's open weekdays from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Central time, and during shows, closes a half hour after the performance starts. You can pay with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, cash, or personal checks up to two weeks before a show.
Tours are offered Mondays at 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Central time, and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. You can buy tickets ($10.00 USD) in advance through Ticketmaster or at the box office up to half an hour before a tour. If you want to speak with someone about arranging a tour for your group of 20 or more, call 312.431.2389 x0.
You can pick up will-call tickets on performance days any time the box office is open. Make sure to bring a valid photo ID and the credit card you used for the tickets, as well as the confirmation number. Auction and Premium tickets can be picked up one hour before a show.
