From the North:
Take Hwy. 1 across the bridge into downtown Augusta. Make a left on Walton. Then make a right on 7th St. The Civic Center is 2 blocks ahead.
From the South:
Use Hwy. 25 North or Hwy. 1 North to Walton Way. Go left on Walton. Make a right on 7th St. You'll see the Civic Center 2 blocks ahead on the right.
From the West:
Use I-20. Get off at Exit 199. Make a right. Head south on Washington Rd., and head downtown until you hit 7th St. Make a right, and the Civic Center will be on your right.
From the East:
Use I-20. Get off at Exit 199. Make a left. Head south on Washington Rd., and head downtown until you hit 7th St. Make a right, and the Civic Center will be on your right.
There are about 1,100 parking spaces in the Civic Center parking lots. There are other public options in the vicinity as well.
Kids under 2 are allowed in for free, but policies sometimes change.
Pick up will call tickets at the front ticket windows. They're just to the right of the box office. You'll need a picture ID, the credit card used for purchase, and the order number.
There are no cameras or recording devices allowed.
Show ID to get your hand stamped, and you'll be able to purchase alcohol at most events.
Handicapped spaces are available in the 7th St. lot, and by the William B. Bell Auditorium. Handicapped patrons may also be dropped off at the front of the arena.
For the James Brown Arena, access is at the main entrance on 7th St., and an elevator provides transportation to other floors. For the William B. Bell Auditorium, use the ramp near the box office.
Accessible seating is available throughout the venue, and it's available to 1 handicapped patron and a companion. Floor arrangements are possible but sometimes difficult.
Guide Dogs/Service Animals
Service animals are allowed but must remain under the control of their handler.
Cans, bottles, and outside food aren't allowed in the venue.
It's best to leave the cameras, recording devices, cans and bottles, and outside food at home.
There are smoking areas outside. Be sure to get your hand stamped for re-entry.
Visit the box office from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays. On weekends, it opens for events only.
