Bankers Life Fieldhouse

For Pacers and Fever games, children under 2 years of age don't need a ticket. For other events, policies may vary.

Obscene or indecent language/symbols on signs or clothing are not allowed.

ATMs are available on the Main Concourse and Balcony Level.

Outside alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Each person may purchase a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per sale, and all alcoholic beverages must be consumed within the building. Venue staff may require proof of age for service, and service may be refused to those who appear intoxicated.

Glass bottles and cans are not allowed in the seating area; contents will be placed in paper containers for safety. Bottle caps will be removed.

Still photography and video recording may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the NBA head office.

Concession and merchandise stands take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Service animals are welcome. Assisted Listening Devices may be requested in advance through guest relations.

Gift shops offer fan merchandise.

Food and beverages from the outside may not be brought in.

Gate usually opens 2 hours before an event.

The Indiana University Health Entry Pavilion is located near the Delaware St. entrance.

Items left in the Fieldhouse will be taken to guest relations. Anything that hasn't been claimed may be discarded. For more information, call 317.917.2979.

Weapons are not allowed. Other items, such as knives, chains, or lasers, that are considered dangerous by management are also not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the Bankers Life Fieldhouse. There are some designated outdoor terraces for smoking on the east and west sides of the Main Concourse, the Krieg DeVault Club Level, and the Balcony Level.

The box office is located in the Indiana University Health Entry Pavilion. Will call can also be found at the box office. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Saturday, with some later and Sunday hours when there are events.
