Belmont Park is a 430-acre racetrack that is located in Elmont, New York. The main course is one and a half miles and the total attendance capacity for the park is 85,000 to 90,000. Some track services include: binocular rentals, a coat check, handicapped stations, race replay centers, first aid and a lost and found facility.
Gates open at 11 am and children under 12 years-old are admitted free when they are accompanied by an adult. Elegant attire has always been a long-standing tradition at Belmont Park. For Box Seats, gentlemen are required to wear suits or sports jacks and ladies are required to wear dresses, skirts or slack outfits. The management reserves the right to use its discretion to determine acceptable attire for patrons.
