Generally, photos are okay, but no flash, video cameras nor professional cameras, ever. For some events, the policy could change, so call in advance to find out ahead of time. Non-permitted equipment could be confiscated, and memory cards could be erased.
Normal appropriate behavior is expected: no underage drinking, no drunken behavior, no breaking rules, no jumping rails to sneak into another ticket area. Anyone asked to leave the premises will receive no refund.
The Center is equipped to receive anyone with auditory, sight or movement disabilities. There are seats available in different areas and at varying price levels, as well as designated areas for easier entrance, hearing devices, accommodations for on-duty service animals, and the usual accessible parking and restrooms. Tickets for the disabled and special requests for any of the services need to be handled in person through the box office.

Will call is regularly open at the ticket office Monday - Friday, from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, and on show days from the opening of doors through the end of the show. Bring the credit card used for purchase, a valid photo ID and the order number. All will call business must be conducted in person.
