Generally, small personal cameras are allowed but full-size professional cameras are not. Video cameras are always prohibited. Camera policy may vary for concerts and other events.
Kids 2 and under need a ticket for every show. For Sesame Street shows, kids over the age of 1 need a ticket.
You'll need to follow general rules of good behavior such as no throwing objects, fighting, or using abusive or profane language.
There is accessible seating for all events. If you have difficulty entering the buidling, an 18'x20' freight entrance is on 7th St. Check with the box office for accessible seating.
There is a first aid station on the premises, between Sections 12 and 13, with trained staff on site.

The box office is open during the week from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern, and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Eastern. On the weekends it opens 4 hours before an event begins.

Come to the will call booth in the main lobby after 5:00 p.m. Eastern on the day of the show to pick up tickets. You'll need the purchasing credit card, photo ID, and confirmation number.
