Take I-64 West to Hal Greer Blvd. (Exit 11). Make a right. Follow that to 3rd Ave. Make a left. Follow until it meets 8th St.
Take US-52 East, which will turn into OH-57 North, and then 152 South, and finally 527 South. Make a left onto US-60 East. Make a left onto 8th St., and follow to 3rd Ave.
Take I-64 to Exit 11. Turn left on Hal Greer Blvd. Follow that to 3rd Ave., and make a left on 3rd Ave. Go 8 blocks to the intersection with 8th St.
Across from the Civic Arena, you'll find a parking garge that can accomodate up to 750 vehicles. Other garages in the area offer even more parking.
There's an ATM on the plaza in front of the arena.
There's alcohol for sale on the premises, and you'll need to show valid ID to make a purchase. Two drink limit per person.
Generally, small personal cameras are allowed but full-size professional cameras are not. Video cameras are always prohibited. Camera policy may vary for concerts and other events.
Kids 2 and under need a ticket for every show. For Sesame Street shows, kids over the age of 1 need a ticket.
You'll need to follow general rules of good behavior such as no throwing objects, fighting, or using abusive or profane language.
There is accessible seating for all events. If you have difficulty entering the buidling, an 18'x20' freight entrance is on 7th St. Check with the box office for accessible seating.
There is a first aid station on the premises, between Sections 12 and 13, with trained staff on site.
Outside food or beverages aren't allowed.
You can usually enter the venue 1 hour before the show begins.

Signs and banners in good taste are permitted at most events, but they can't be commercial in nature, or made of wood or metal or use wood or metal supports. They also cannot be hung from the building, or block another guest's view.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas outside Gates C and F.
The box office is open during the week from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern, and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Eastern. On the weekends it opens 4 hours before an event begins.
Accepted payment includes major credit cards, cash, certified checks, and money orders.
Come to the will call booth in the main lobby after 5:00 p.m. Eastern on the day of the show to pick up tickets. You'll need the purchasing credit card, photo ID, and confirmation number.
