From the East:
Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 45 (Victor). Get on I-490 West, then exit at Clinton Ave. and turn left onto Broad St. The arena is on the corner of Broad St. and Exchange St.
From the West:
Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 47 (LeRoy). Get on I-490 East, then exit onto the Inner Loop. Take Exit 13 (Plymouth), then turn right onto Plymouth Ave. Take a left onto Broad St. The arena is on the corner of Broad St. and Exchange St.
From the South:
Use I-390 North, then take I-490 East. Take the Inner Loop exit, then take Exit 13 (Plymouth). Turn right onto Plymouth Ave., then left onto Broad St. The arena is on the corner of Broad St. and Exchange St.
There are several parking lots and garages around the arena. For tunnel access to the arena and access to elevators, use the Civic Center parking ramp.
RTS buses stop at the Blue Cross Arena. Find route schedules at www.rgrta.com.
ATMs can be found on the street level next to the The Zone Team Store, in the Upper Atrium behind Section 114, and in the East and West Food Courts behind Sections 107 and 123.
Camera policies vary. Check up to 1 week in advance for details on a particular event. Please call 585.758.5300 for more information. Generally, video and audio recorders aren't allowed.
For Rochester Amerk and Knighthawk games, flash photography is allowed with a small nonprofessional camera as long as it doesn't interfere with the view of other guests. Video cameras are only allowed during youth hockey games. Audio recording devices and tripods are never allowed.
The Blue Cross Arena offers a variety of food and beverage options inside the arena.
Parking for disabled guests can be found in all the surrounding lots. All entrances are accessible by wheelchair.
Elevators with Braille and audible tones are available in the arena.
Wheelchair seating is available on all levels for disabled guests and their companions. These seating areas are close to restrooms and concession stands. To organize seating in one of these areas, call 585.758.5300.
For most events, Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) can be picked up for free from the box office with a credit card or ID left as a deposit. All seating areas are serviced by a central FM transmitter. For more information or to arrange an ALD in advance, call 585.758.5300.
The Blue Cross Arena welcomes service animals. The Arena recommends guests with service animals reserve an aisle seat.
If medical help is required, Monroe Medical can be found behind Section 117.
Generally, doors open 1 hour prior to start time for games, concerts, and events.
Guest services for Amerk and Knighthawk games can be found on the main concourse, behind Section 114. They open 1 hour before start time and close after intermission.
Drop off or retrieve lost items at the SMG administrative office, which can be contacted by phone at 585.758.5300, or in person on the ground floor on Exchange Blvd.
There are many restrooms throughout the concourses. All restrooms are accessible and have baby changing tables. Unisex restrooms are located behind Sections 111 and 117.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
The box office is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. On event days, the box office opens at 11:00 a.m. and closes at the end of intermission. The box office has 9 ticket windows that can be found in the main lobby (to the right after entering).
