There is an ATM on the concourse level in Boardwalk Hall.
ID will be checked when purchasing alcohol. Underage drinking and giving alcohol to minors are strictly prohibited.
No video or audio recording devices, but regular cameras are okay for some events, on a case-by-case basis. Press, please call 609.348.7021 for photographer's creds.
Parents, please use your discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for your kids. For most shows, there is no minimum age requirement.
Shirt and shoes are required in the facility at all times. The staff of Boardwalk Hall wants to make sure all guests enjoy their time in the venue. Management reserves the right to eject anyone who is not dressed appropriately or is behaving in an offensive or abusive manner. If you see any problems during your time in Boardwalk Hall, please notify staff or security.
Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall is now fully accessible and in compliance with ADA regulations, with accessible restrooms and concourse areas. For those in wheelchairs, there is special seating available by calling 609.348.7803 to purchase tickets. If you purchased non-accessible seats but need wheelchair access, visit guest services on the second floor Concourse.
Emergency medical personnel are always available for your safety. For non-emergency first aid, please visit the Security Command Post or guest services. In case of an emergency, contact security or staff, who will contact EMS.
No outside food or drinks allowed. There are lots of options available for purchase at concession stands throughout Boardwalk Hall.

Guest services is on the concourse level behind Portal K. Staff will be happy to help you with directions, seating info, lost and found, and any other needs. You can also purchase tickets for upcoming events here.
If you've lost or found something, guest services is the place to go. After an event, you can contact them at 609.348.7535.
Each guest is subject to a pat-down by security when entering. If you don't want to be searched, you may turn in your ticket for a refund at the box office.

Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall is completely smoke-free. Depending on the event, there may be a smoking section outside of the venue.
The box office is on the Boardwalk at the front of the building. Box office hours are Monday - Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, as well as 4 hours before any event.
Will call opens 4 hours prior to an event. When coming to pick up tickets, please bring photo ID, your credit card, and your confirmation number.
